I would give it a ZERO if I could. Sold me a lemon and then stopped taking my calls after I complained to them about the vehicle. Not only that, they used the warranty off my truck and order two part on two separate days that wasn't for my truck (FRAUD) and had in the remarks that they installed it on my vehicle. This dealership is VERY DECEITFUL AND FRAUDULENT!

I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

I haven't done business with a car dealership in over (30) years because of the hassle you had to go through just to get the bottom line price on a vehicle. This time it was very different to my surprise. I seen on a web site a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country that Bill Jackson had on their lot in Troy Al. I made a call about the van and asked for a cash walking out the door price. The price and deal was made over the phone to my surprise without any going back and forth. My wife and I drove (130) miles to the dealership the next day and the van was already sitting out front. The salesman that help us and went over all the feature with my wife and I was salesman Mr. Sam Johnson. He was very helpful and patient with us both. Mr.Jamie Myrick the Finance Manager was also very helpful in going through with us and explaining all the paper work. We decided to purchase an extended warranty which Mr Myrick took time to go over the different options that were available to us. He was most helpful in this endeavor. Before we left Mr Johnson seen to it that their people detailed the van and as an added Bonus the dealership gave us a full tank of gas. I know in any business you will come across people that you are unable to please. But not this time. Again I must say this was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had in the over (50) years of buying and trading vehicles, Thank you Bill Jackson in Troy Al.
